Shipping & Delivery Options
The company offers various shipping options, with some orders managed by third-party suppliers responsible for shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. For EU and UK consumers, deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
International Shipping
Available to: United Kingdom, United States, and European Union countries. Customers bear responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and any additional taxes or duties.

- Orders ship Monday–Friday only
- No P.O. Box deliveries
Delayed Orders
The company will notify customers of delays and provide revised delivery estimates.
Returns Policy
Return Policy Terms
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

US & UK Returns
Customers receive a national address upon return registration. Please contact customersupport@nuclimax.com to initiate a return.
Customers pay return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification when processing is complete.
Exceptions
