      I was hesitant on how good the product was, but glad I purchased it. I like the facts it’s flexible, and easy to wash. Just soap and water, and air dry it. The app was easy to install. I like the guided steps in the app. My pelvic therapist actually does the same ones. It has a reminder as well as a journal for each day. I will update this in 3 & 6 months and give it a 5 stars depending on the quality.Update 2/19/22It’s still working great! It still looks brand new. I was able to move up using coconut oil. Do make sure to wash with each use. I suggest using summers eve or anything gentle that doesn’t leave residue. Good luck everyone __

      The direction pamphlet that accompanies these is so helpful. The app now has journaling too after you record your exercise. I did find that the box smelled strongly when I opened it but once they were washed the smell was gone and the comfort of the balance between stiffness and gentleness was perfect.

      Was very nervous about starting dilators, but these have been amazing! The app guides you through exercises and helps you keep track of your progress.
