      Ok y'all...get your sleeping bags & gather around, while I fill you in on what your Mama didn't! Seriously though, I'm a working class mother of 3 who has also survived cancer 3 times, so hormonal solutions are a last resort.       I had untreated secondary vaginismus for over a year at the point of purchase. Within one week of almost daily use, my husband and I could both tell a positive difference!!! The dilators and app exercises have actually, genuinely helped!! The petal theme is classy, the silicone is nicely soft yet still firm (great quality), the petal holders help with ease of use, and the app is helpful with the exercise directions and timer. The app also tracks the sessions (sizes and times) and includes a place to journal how it went. Highly recommend.

      I have been using them for 5 weeks and already comfortable at M size. At one point of time, even the XS size scared me. The exercises within the app have been crucial in my progress. The dilators are made of silicon, easy to use and clean. I make sure to let the dilators sit in hot water before inserting- helps relax the muscles at lot!! The only issue I feel with silicone is the draggy" feel I get while pulling them out. As an additional feedback
